About

An affirming practice x lived experience

I’m a clinical psychologist passionate about helping adults, teens, and families build the confidence and tools they need to set and achieve meaningful goals. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge, looking for long-term support, or seeking answers though an evaluation, I’m here to help as you take charge of your journey. As a neurodivergent member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and affirming space for all clients. I’ve worked closely with other queer and neurodivergent individuals and understand how identity, relationships, and everyday life can bring unique challenges. Because I run a one-person practice, I’m able to offer truly personalized care—with flexible scheduling, timely follow-up, and a focus on working with clients whose needs align with my strengths, specialties, and identities. ________________________________ Specialties & Services Psychological Evaluations: I specialize in comprehensive evaluations for autism and ADHD across the lifespan—working with children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is thoughtful, precise, and grounded in years of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals. Therapy: I offer both short-term and ongoing therapy. My areas of focus include OCD, autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. I work collaboratively with adults, adolescents, children, and families to identify patterns, build new skills, and move toward meaningful change through use of behavior, exposure, acceptance, and cognitive therapies. Background in Education: Before entering private practice, I spent over a decade as a school psychologist. That experience gave me deep insight into the special education system, and I regularly support families at CSE / IEP / 504 meetings following an evaluation. ________________________________ Getting Started: If you're interested in starting therapy or want to learn more about an evaluation, I’d love to hear from you. I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I do not accept insurance. While I do not make the decisions about and, therefore, cannot guarantee that you will receive reimbursement, if your insurance plan does have out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to help you navigate these benefits.
